Description: The theme has two start bars. The top one loads the all programs menu; the Talisman icon launches a more advanced start bar (I stole). Everything can be changed by right click then properties to make things easier. The task bar is under the system tray, and red check is a refresh button.

notes: I use win2k, because it keeps my ahtlon XP-M locked @1.63Ghz instead of steping to save battery
